FEATURED ADVENTURES

THE DM BEHIND THE SCREEN
I’m Maikel, a father of two from the Netherlands and the Dungeon Master behind Infinite Initiative. My journey started with a weekly board game group, Gloomhaven, and a love for improv from amateur theatre. Becoming a DM brought storytelling and games together.
I began running D&D online with friends during Covid, then found the creative freedom I was looking for in homebrew adventures. These days, I run a player-driven sandbox where unexpected choices and clever solutions help shape the story.
That’s the spirit I bring to my 5e adventures and DM tools: creative freedom, lively encounters, and space for your players to surprise you. Through Infinite Initiative and Thirsty Tiger Tales, I share what I create and learn along the way.
“Don’t fear mistakes. Roll with them.”
